A trip itinerary is the listing of your expected daily agenda, along with any details you need. We generally include: - Arrival time - How long to spend there - Hours of operation - Admission fee - Address and/or directions - Parking info, or what transit to use to get there - Confirmation number and information if we've made a reservation - Any other fees we should pay while there - Whether tipping is appropriate, and what an average tip would be - Links to maps, menus, or other guides or resources that we'd need for the visit - Any specific things to see or activities that we want to make sure we do while there We generally keep the itinerary in a shared electronic format that can be viewed offline on our phones. We also print off some hard copies, and provide access to our parents back home.
