But the key is to capture these details without taking away from the experience itself. These do not need to be polished notes. In fact, striving for clean and polished writing may take away from your ability (or at least available time) to [[§ 1.2 - Immerse|Immerse]] yourself in the trip. But it's an excellent replacement activity for scrolling social media or constructing the perfect vacation post.
