This is my primary belt. In fact, I have two of them (the second one is below). It's stretchy, which is great if you shift between standing and sitting often. However, you'll need to tighten it if you weigh down your pockets, at least at the tightness level I generally maintain. It's a bit tough to adjust on the fly, as the "extra" length of belt is in the back, and is threaded "backwards" through the buckle which it makes it less likely to slowly loosen. This is a nice feature overall, but does add a degree of difficulty in quick adjustments.
The buckle is plastic, which means you don't need to remove to go through security at the airport. But it is solid and well designed, thinner than you'd expect, and even curved a bit to comport to your waist.
I prefer the slim version of the belt, which is easier to thread through the belt loops of the shorts and pants I most commonly wear.
