We stayed here in February 2025 after going to [[Penguin Parade - Phillip Island, Australia]]. Like many, it’s a mix of permanent residents and temporary travelers. Some seem a bit rough. There only seemed to be two spots for powered campervans. The restrooms and showers were pretty nice, though.
