We visited on JAN 6 2025, completing an early morning and an afternoon/sunset game drive. The landscape here was much different than in the other parks we visited earlier in the trip. It was much more open, with tall grasses punctuated by occasional tall trees, including acacia and balboa. Giraffes were *especially* plentiful. We also enjoyed elephants, a lion, warthogs, zebra, buffalo, and others. We encountered our first jackals of the trip, as well as a herd of wildebeest many hundreds strong.
