An annual travel review is the practice of reviewing your travels at the end of the year. For many, this practice includes the compilation of travel statistics: how many trips they took, how many miles they flew or drove, how many nights they stayed in a hotel or slept in a tent. Less common, but probably quite beneficial, is totaling the money you spent on travel and comparing it to your travel budget. Beyond the numbers, however, this practice is an excellent opportunity to [[§ 1.5 - Remember|Remember]] the experiences you had, further [[§ 1.4 - Reflect|Reflect]] on what these trips have meant to you (a perfect opportunity for [[Progressive journaling]]!), and create a lasting document that is easy to revisit in the future in a [[Remembering system]].
